Jilian Arnold, Director of National Chapters
Jilian Arnold is a teacher and proud mom of two beautiful girls. Arnold started volunteering for IBMP last October and has been passionate about the cause since then. Arnold launched the Chapters Program, allowing women world wide to help raise awareness about the IBMP. In just a matter of months, she has granted 15 chapters including ones in Jordan, Australia, Sweden and Canada. Her passion helps other women see how big of a difference just one person can make. Her motto is: "Together we can truly change the world."

Geny Cassady Geny Cassady's daughter Madison inspired the 'Madison Cassady Program' after she passed away from a congenital heart defect and left behind precious breast milk.
Geny loves papercrafting, cooking, the beach, and spending time with family and friends. Geny started Madison Avenue, a business making baby announcements, photo albums, journals and other custom designs to support the Madison Program and honor her memory. Peggy Ehrensperger Peggy Ehrensperger is a high school Health Education Teacher in the West Babylon School District, Long Island, NY. She earned a Masters degree in Health Education at Adelphi University. In her 33 years of employment at West Babylon High School, she has gained extensive experience in raising money for social causes and scholarship funds.
Over the years, her students have worked closely with her to fight hunger on Long Island, raise money for a local AIDS hospice, contribute to the March of Dimes, and collect food for local animal shelters. Peggy believes that volunteerism is the core of a strong community, and IBMP encompasses many of the causes she and her students have been fighting for over the years. Jills project is not just about breast milk; its about children without parents, people living in poverty and going to bed hungry.

Kate Felsen Kate Felsen is a Senior Producer for ABC News: World News with Charles Gibson. Over the course of her career at ABC, she has received a number of accolades, including ten Emmy Awards. A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard, Kate earned a master's degree in American Foreign Policy and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She is the mother of two breastfed children.

Margaret Parsley, RN IBCLC CCE
Margaret was Born in South Africa and immigrated to the USA in 1988. In the year 1963 she was qualified as a RN and Midwife in South Africa in and as a Lactation Consultant and Certified Childbirth Educator in the USA. She worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse from 1979 to 1999. She then became a Community Health nurse for the next four years. She is presently a Lactation Consultant. Margaret is the mother of five grown children who live in the USA and South Africa. She is also the proud grandmother (Gogo in Zulu) of seven grandchildren. She feels privileged to have a multicultural and multilingual family and visits South Africa annually to spend time with her daughters and grandchildren.
As an ex-South African, Margaret became very interested in the tragedy of the AIDS crisis. Her daughter actively works in Sub-Saharan Africa, inspecting AIDS facilities in order to have them approved for funding from an International Foundation, located In Canada. As a Lactation Consultant in a large hospital in the Washington DC area, she deals with a very diverse population. Margaret has been associated with the IBMP and has visited AIDS facilities in South Africa for the past 2 years. Margaret plans to return to South Africa in the next few months and will be involved with IBMP research projects. She will assist in evaluating the physical, developmental and preventative advantages of donor breast milk to malnourished infants. "My whole life has been involved in the birth and postpartum care of mothers and newborns and it has been a privilege to be a part of it."

Dorreen Rardin, RN, Program Advisor Dorreen Rardin is a RN working in a local community hospital as a Palliative Care Consultant. She started the palliative care program in 1998 after the death of her brother. She began working with Jill in June of 2006. Rardin has extensive fundraising and volunteer experience. She has been spreading the work about IBMP on local TV and radio shows. Rardin also hosted a 2.6 Mile Mini-Marathon to help raise awareness. Rardin inspired her the Iota Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society to adopt IBMP as one of their international project. "I love working with Jill," says Dorreen, "No is not in our vocabulary."

Shelley Ravipudi Shelley is a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with specialization in Blood Banking. After leaving the healthcare profession to care for two wonderful children and her Cardiologist husband, she has become an active community volunteer committed to causes that advance medical treatment options and public health education. She spent three years fundraising for the American Heart Association as an auction subcommittee chair for a local black tie gala. As member and Vice President of the Boone County Medical Society Alliance, Shelley promoted an antismoking writing contest for young teenagers. Recently her focus has shifted towards the needs of emotionally troubled children through her involvement with Boys and Girls Town of Columbia Diamond Night, a benefit for severely abused and neglected children. She is excited to join the IBMP team which provides her with the opportunity to combine her passions of helping needy children and advancing healthcare improvement initiatives.

David Rechtmann, MD, HIV Specialist, Medical Advisor
Dr. David Rechtman received his MD from State University of New York - Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 1980. Following a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases he served on the faculty of SUNY-Health Science Center at Brooklyn while helping to establish and lead the multi-disciplinary AIDS care team at the affiliated Kings County Hospital. Dr. David Rechtman currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Prolacta Bioscience.

Maggie Schoepski Maggie Schoepski serves as the Community Development Director for the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester, Minnesota. She became a milk donor after the birth of her 2nd child . Maggie hopes her nonprofit fundraising, communication & management experience can be of service to the organization. "The mission of IBMP and Jill's story touched my heart. I knew I had to get involved."

Jerry Sciulli Jerry Sciulli is the Director of Network Office Supervision for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network - Pittsburgh. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business and Economics. He is the proud father of a baby girl, Isabella, who was born 3 months early at only 1 pound and 4.5 ounces. Jerry learned about the importance of breast milk for his daughter's growth from his wife Kimberly and the NICU department at the hospital where Isabella was born. Jerry became involved with The International Breast Milk Project, after it assisted him in acquiring breast milk to provide for Isabella, when his wife tragically passed away very shortly after she gave birth.

Vanessa Shipp, Outreach Advisor
Vanessa Shipp resides in Sacramento, California. She currently serves as
the Director of Special Projects and Promotions for Run for Africa and also the Running Outreach Coordinator for the Blue Planet Run Foundation. She is charged with developing running programs for University communities, student organizations, and running clubs around the world. A competitive triathlete and gardening enthusiast, Ms. Shipp loves to explore Northern California on foot and bike. Presently she is working towards developing events and programs for 2008, affording runners the opportunity to raise awareness and funds for clean water projects.

Angelina White
Angelina White is a proud stay-at-home mom of two little ones. After learning about IBMP on the Oprah show in October 2006, White knew that she wanted to become involved. The IBMP vision touches her heart. White has donated nearly 1100ozs of milk to IBMP and has made other donations to the organization. In June, White became The President of The IL Chapter IBMP. She also has a home based business called White Studio Custom Designs and Photography. White Studio has created business cards and informational booklets for the organization. White received a Bachelor of Art Degree from Northern Illinois University.

Ben Wylie, Accounting Advisor Ben Wylie is a tax manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in New York, NY specializing in state and local taxation. He has a BS in Accounting and Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a MS in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a licensed CPA. Ben supports IBMP on a purely volunteer basis with state tax and tax compliance related issues. He lives in NY with his two rescue pit bulls.

Mike Wylie, Financial Advisor Mike Wylie is currently CFO of Millennium Digital Media, a top 25 cable television operator in the U.S. Prior to joining Millennium he held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Suddenlink Communications, a top ten cable operator, where he helped the company acquire and integrate approximately $4 billion in cable assets. Prior to Suddenlink he also served as the corporate controller for Millennium and worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen where he spent a majority of his time on telecommunications companies. Wylie has a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia . He is a licensed CPA and a member of the Finance and Accounting Committee of the National Cable Television Association.
