Jilian Arnold, Director of National Chapters
Jilian Arnold is a teacher and proud mom of two beautiful girls. Arnold started volunteering for IBMP last October and has been passionate about the cause since then. Arnold launched the Chapters Program, allowing women world wide to help raise awareness about the IBMP. In just a matter of months, she has granted 15 chapters including ones in Jordan, Australia, Sweden and Canada. Her passion helps other women see how big of a difference just one person can make. Her motto is: "Together we can truly change the world."
Garth Asay, MD
Dr. Garth Asay is Chair of the Division of Neonatal Medicine at Mayo Clinic. He received his MD degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he also did his residency training. He received his fellowship training in neonatal medicine at Children's National Medical Center in Washington DC . He has been at Mayo Clinic since 1993.
Kiran K. Belani, MD
Dr. Belani trained in pediatric infectious diseases at the
University of Minnesota. She holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics, Infectious Diseases Division, and practices primarily at Childrens Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, Minneapolis and at the University of Minnesota Children's Hospital, a division of Fairview. She is a clinician-educator and serves as an important role model for fellows and medical students interested in clinical Infectious diseases. She cares for a number of children with HIV infection, immunodeficiency diseases, chronic granulomatous diseases and other humoral and cellular immunodeficiency conditions. She has a long-standing interest and Certification in Tropical Medicine. She has cared for immigrants and adopted children with tropical diseases. Dr. Belani has participated in multicenter collaborative studies of new antiviral drugs, pathogenesis of Kawasaki diseases, and has extensive clinical experience in bone and joint infections and Lyme disease. She has served on the Board of Camp heartland for 8 years (2000-2008) and has been a medical consultant of Camp Heartland from the camp's beginning. She also continues to be involved in medical teaching activities as a visitor to Institutions in India.
Geny Cassady
Geny Cassady's daughter Madison inspired the 'Madison Cassady Program' after she passed away from a congenital heart defect and left behind precious breast milk. Geny loves papercrafting, cooking, the beach, and spending time with family and friends. Geny started Madison Avenue, a business making baby announcements, photo albums, journals and other custom designs to support the Madison Program and honor her memory. Email Geny@breastmilkproject.org. Geny earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Sarah Curfman
Sarah Curfman is a Financial Advisor at Citi Smith Barney and Grant Team Lead/Associate Partner at Social Venture Partners. She focuses her practice on helping women achieve financial success. Working with women and their families, she helps them address the unique financial challenges they may face in their lifetimes.
Mindy Duncan, Director of Program Development
Mindy has been working in non-profit social service organizations for over ten years. Most of her work involves program development and administration and she was the Executive Director of Rain-Central Missouri, a non-profit AIDS service organization, for the last five years. In the fall of 2007, Mindy and her husband Bruce Duncan, formed a non-profit consulting group to assist organizations dedicated to positive social change. She promotes organizational growth and development by supporting organizational operations at many levels: core strategies, policy and procedure planning, funding, project management, organizational growth. Mindy and Bruce have been working with IBMP since late 2006 and feel deeply committed to the work that Jill is doing.
Peggy Ehrensperger
Peggy Ehrensperger is a high school Health Education Teacher in the West Babylon School District, Long Island, NY. She earned a Master’s degree in Health Education at Adelphi University. In her 33 years of employment at West Babylon High School, she has gained extensive experience in raising money for social causes and scholarship funds.

Over the years, her students have worked closely with her to fight hunger on Long Island, raise money for a local AIDS hospice, contribute to the March of Dimes, and collect food for local animal shelters. Peggy believes that volunteerism is the core of a strong community, and IBMP encompasses many of the causes she and her students have been fighting for over the years. Jill’s project is not just about breast milk; it’s about children without parents, people living in poverty and going to bed hungry.

Lauren Fisher, Volunteer Director of Social Media
Lauren Fischer is Communications Coordinator for NEED magazine, and feels blessed to tell stories about the inspiring ways people are helping others. During her first year at NEED she has become a firm believer in humanitarian endeavors and their impact on all people involved. She was excited to interview Jill Youse and profile IBMP in a blog for NEED. After speaking with Jill, Lauren knew she had to get more involved with IBMP. She is thrilled to be part of such an innovative cause. 
Kate Felsen
Kate Felsen is a Senior Producer for ABC News: World News with Charles Gibson. Over the course of her career at ABC, she has received a number of accolades, including ten Emmy Awards. A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard, Kate earned a master's degree in American Foreign Policy and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She is the mother of two breastfed children.  
Meagan Geisler
Meagan Geisler is a veteran of the New York City advertising business. She became a milk donor in 2007 and has followed the cause ever since. Meagan is thrilled to help Jill and IBMP with marketing and ad related initiatives. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and 2 children.
Jeff Gordy
Jeff Gordy is the President of Z2 Systems, Inc., a software company in Chicago that provides internet based data and web management software to the nonprofit market worldwide. He started off as a salesperson and eventually became an owner. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Business Management. Prior to joining Z2 Systems, Jeff was working in the nonprofit sector as the IT Director for the Kidney Cancer Association. He has a true love for helping nonprofits and enjoys coming up with solutions to their complex needs. Jeff will be volunteering his time to help IMBP best manage all of their data and technology. He became very interested in helping this great cause through his work with Jill. 
J. William Hudson
J. William Hudson is President and CEO of the Global Cold Chain Alliance, a partnership of organizations dedicated to the distribution of food commodities worldwide. These organizations include the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses, an international food logistics trade association, which he has served since 1982; the World Food Logistics Organization; the International Association for Cold Storage Construction; and the International Refrigerated Transportation Association.

Mr. Hudson holds BA and Law degrees from Louisiana State University and is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Washington, DC Bar Association. Among numerous organization affiliations, Mr. Hudson has served as a member of the board of the American Society of Association Executives and was the founding chairman of the Foundation for International Meetings. Hudson was named as one of the "top 50 trade association leaders" by Washingtonian magazine. Before becoming president of GCCA, Mr. Hudson was vice president of the Travel Industry Association and legal counsel for the Door and Hardware Institute.

He resides with his wife, Peggy; daughter, Jocelyn; and son, Zachary, in Arlington, Virginia.
Carolyn Kaplan Bernstein
Carolyn Kaplan Bernstein is a 41 year old mother of three boys, Henry, age 7, Jack, age 5 and Will, age 2. She received a Masters of Social Work from Columbia University and a BA in Sociology and Spanish at University of Colorado, Boulder. She is married to Steven Bernstein, who is an orthopedic surgeon, and lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Carolyn manages her full life of being a stay-at-home mom, learning her family business of real-estate investing, and volunteering at her local school by remembering to take each day - day-by-day."
Dorreen Rardin, RN, Program Advisor
Dorreen Rardin is a RN working in a local community hospital as a Palliative Care Consultant. She started the palliative care program in 1998 after the death of her brother. She began working with Jill in June of 2006. Rardin has extensive fundraising and volunteer experience. She has been spreading the work about IBMP on local TV and radio shows. Rardin also hosted a 2.6 Mile Mini-Marathon to help raise awareness. Rardin inspired the Iota Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society to adopt IBMP as one of their international project. "I love working with Jill," says Dorreen, "No is not in our vocabulary."
  Shelley Ravipudi
Shelley is a Clinical Laboratory Scientist with specialization in Blood Banking. After leaving the healthcare profession to care for two wonderful children and her Cardiologist husband, she has become an active community volunteer committed to causes that advance medical treatment options and public health education. She spent three years fundraising for the American Heart Association as an auction subcommittee chair for a local black tie gala. As member and Vice President of the Boone County Medical Society Alliance, Shelley promoted an antismoking writing contest for young teenagers. Recently her focus has shifted towards the needs of emotionally troubled children through her involvement with Boys and Girls Town of Columbia Diamond Night, a benefit for severely abused and neglected children. She is excited to join the IBMP team which provides her with the opportunity to combine her passions of helping needy children and advancing healthcare improvement initiatives.
Maggie Schoepski
Maggie Schoepski serves as the Community Development Director for the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester, Minnesota. She became a milk donor after the birth of her 2nd child . Maggie hopes her nonprofit fundraising, communication and management experience can be of service to the organization. "The mission of IBMP and Jill's story touched my heart. I knew I had to get involved."
Jerry Sciulli
Jerry Sciulli is the Director of Network Office Supervision for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network - Pittsburgh. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business and Economics. He is the proud father of a baby girl, Isabella, who was born 3 months early at only 1 pound and 4.5 ounces. Jerry learned about the importance of breast milk for his daughter's growth from his wife Kimberly and the NICU department at the hospital where Isabella was born. Jerry became involved with The International Breast Milk Project, after it assisted him in acquiring breast milk to provide for Isabella, when his wife tragically passed away very shortly after she gave birth.
  George Wilson
George is president of Heartman Insurance Agency and is known for his compassion and dedication to children in the community. Nearly 30 years ago, however, tragedy confronted George and his wife Cheryl. Their daughter Jennifer was diagnosed with cancer. Happily she recovered. But the experience taught George, first hand, that families need support in trying times. He became a founding volunteer for what evolved into the Ronald McDonald House in Rochester, Minnesota, the home of the Mayo Clinic. George also helped found a benefit motorcycle ride to support the youngsters and their families. Each summer nearly 1,100 cyclists take the "Cruise", a 130-mile round trip benefit ride. The motorcycle "Cruise" has raised more than $500,000 for the Ronald McDonald House. He is a member of the Greater Rochester Rotary Club and has been named Rotarian of the Year. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Gift of Life Transplant House, Historical Society of Olmsted Count, and is an Emeritus Trustee of the Ronald McDonald House. George is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Ben Wylie, Accounting Advisor
Ben Wylie is a tax manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in New York, NY specializing in state and local taxation. He has a BS in Accounting and Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a MS in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a licensed CPA. Ben supports IBMP on a purely volunteer basis with state tax and tax compliance related issues. He lives in NY with his two rescue pit bulls.
Mike Wylie, Financial Advisor
Mike Wylie is currently CFO of Millennium Digital Media, a top 25 cable television operator in the U.S. Prior to joining Millennium he held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Suddenlink Communications, a top ten cable operator, where he helped the company acquire and integrate approximately $4 billion in cable assets. Prior to Suddenlink he also served as the corporate controller for Millennium and worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen where he spent a majority of his time on telecommunications companies. Wylie has a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia . He is a licensed CPA and a member of the Finance and Accounting Committee of the National Cable Television Association.
